it is the happy eeping song of friday night when there are little treats to nibble on, friends! (:3 (:3 (:3 nice, fresh treats that daddies bring for you and they taste so yummy and good. i had to make up the happiest little eeping song about them so everyone would know how happy i am and how nice the little treats are.

i hope you are all having a nice friday night, too, my little friends. maybe you have some nice bits of fluff to arrange into a warm, little nest to snuggling. i think tonight will be a good night for snuggling in fluff and maybe for a few tiny bits of pettings. daddies have the tv on and they are watching something that makes them want to snuggle in fluff together.

friends!!!!!! i went on an adventure with my Daddy Rupert the other day and it was so exciting!!! we went exploring in the car and it was kind of scary and i wasn't sure if everything would be okay, but i was very quite in my little travel habitat and then i was so so so happy because i got to ride in the Snuggly Nigel Carrier and see my Daddy.

i thought this was a cute picture to have for my journal so here it is and i hope you like it friends. it has my name on it! nigel!!! and also a very tiny little chinchilla. i am not that tiny of a chinchilla, but i am not as big as the daddy chinchillas.

daddies!!!!! it is the weekend so there were daddies home today! they cleaned the habitat and even my little home got cleaned, too. and! and i took a very nice and poingish dustbath and made up a special eeping song for when i take my dustbath and poing about in the big bowl of dustbath dust. :) :) :) :) :) i am clean! my habitat is clean! the kibble room is clean, too! i watched daddy clean the kibble room and then make himself tea and tea kibbles. and then i came and sat with daddy and had raisin bits while he was having his tea kibblets and it was Very Exciting, friends, because my little pet bed was on top of my couch cushion and it was like i was the Most Important Chinchilla in the room. my daddy took a nap on the sofa and i petted him and then i took a nap, too, and made sure daddy was comfortable because he is also a Very Important Chinchilla and i would meep and meep if he did not have pettings.

it is the time of day when Daddies are Not Home. :( i like it better when i wake up and there are Daddies eeping to each other and making kibbles or playing with large bits of paper that they do not nibble on. now, there No Daddies.

*quietly nibbles the edge of a small carrot chew toy*

my Daddy thinks he might go to the store with Nigel Things In It and maybe buy me a new little tiny toy. this is what he said yesterday, but sometimes Daddies get confused and by other strange things instead of toys for little nigels. my poor Daddy Rupert seems to be a very confused little chinchilla sometimes, as he bought me Very Weird Kibble last time he went shopping and Daddy said to try the Very Weird Kibble and so i did and i even poinged a piece of it around my habitat, but it was still Very Weird. i hope he doesn't get confused when he buys the Daddy Kibbles. *worries about daddy rupert a lot especially when he falls asleep in the sofa fluff by accident and is meepy when he wakes up*

i am excited for when Daddies come home so i can poing all over the place and then visit my pet bed. i have not visited my pet bed in Many Days (three) because first i wanted to poing in the sofa fluff (there was no Daddy Rupert taking a nap in it so i thought i was safe and it was!) and then Daddy petted me a lot and then i got to take a ride in a pocket and visit the High Place in the habitat where Daddies Sleep In Fluff. (maybe i poinged a tiny bit in the daddy fluff and pulled it about so it was properly fluffy fluff. ) today i will pull the fluff about in my pet bed and make it very fluffy and also visit my small green chew toy.

hello, friends!

friends! it is Very Hot outside now. *pants a little bit* daddies had a very long discussion about it when they were eating their little daddy!kibbles and i was getting ready to curl up in fluff and go to sleep. our habitat is not too warm, but daddy seems very worried about Everyone Being Too Hot and Not Having Enough Water. poor daddy. *pets his fur* i have lots and lots of water now!!!! i made sure to drink some of it when daddy was watching and then told him about how tasty it was and how he gives the nicest water ever.

daddy rupert says he wishes it would rain so there would be even more water. i do not think i can get rain for him, but i will also wish for it so daddy rupert will be happy and not be very grumpy after work. maybe when we go to the chinchilla store for new toys, i will tell daddy that we need to buy little treats for daddy rupert and maybe get him some nice little tea because he likes it so very much.

POING poing poing POINGY poing poing poing!

i need to make up a poinging song to sing when i am feeling especially poingy friends because there is much poinging sometimes and then i usually sing eeping songs because they go with poingings pretty good, but sometimes you just need a special poinging song.

daddies went away to the place where daddies lived when they were very tiny chinchillas and they were gone for So Long, friends. i was very lonely, because i love my daddies, but they wanted to see their old habitats, so it was okay. i had lots of kibbles and treats and toys to play with and my dawnie to pet and there was also a lot of playing with my carrot and lots of soft, warm fluff. it is Not The Same as having daddies home so i can take care of them and i missed them a lot. *curls up around daddies and cuddles them in the at home daddy fluff* i don't know if poinging to so many different places is good for daddies. daddy rupert is always poinging places when it's kibble time... :(

now they are home!!!!! and my daddy got me a new little toy and it is a Nibble Toy and i have been nibbling it so much! it is also like a tiny habitat in my habitat that i can nibble on and i love gnawing it, but i also like going in the little habitat and curling up inside and hoping daddies will come visit me. :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :)

daddies are being Very Strange Chinchillas tonight, as they look like they should be poinging, but instead they are being snuggly and are petting each other and it is very cute because my daddies are the most handsome kind of chinchillas, but they should be poinging with happiness!!!!

we all had special yummy kibbles to eat today for breakfast thought it was Not Breakfast Time for daddies, they were still having yummy kibblets to eat and then i took a nap with daddy and daddy rupert on the sofa fluff. ( i don't think daddies were napping, though? i was asleep so it was very hard to tell, but i had been poining and shredding a tube of cardboard for daddy and also had kibblets, so i was very tired and needed to take a nap, but i was with daddies on the sofa and did not want to go home or poing over to my little pet bed.)

halloween is coming, friends!! i am not sure if i understand halloween, because i think everyday should be treat day, and daddies always give me nice little treatlets, but i think that maybe some chinchillas do not get treatlets all the time and do not have nice little bits of raisins to nibble on after poinging?? then there should be a special treat day for those poor, little, sad chinchillas, i think. :( *pets all the little sad chinchillas who are sad because they do not have treats and it makes them meep sadly*

i would like to give you all nice bits of treats, friends! (:3 (:3 (:3 we can have Treat Day together! there can be kibblets, and bits of raisins, and nice, fresh little hay-bits to nibble on, too!!!!

my daddies bought Daddy Treats today, my friends, i think, for my Daddy Rupert was poingy and he was in the Kibble Room a lot today. he is so cute when he had kibbles!! my own Daddy also was poinging and singing happy eeping songs and reading a book (this is Paper that is Not For Nibbling) and then playing with me.

daddies are snuggling in fluff, so i think i will also go snuggle in fluff, for it Very Nice and Comfy and Warm. :)

*pets daddy rupert very very very softly and just with one small paw*

my daddy was very meepy before but he is not so meepy now and does not need to nap in fluff all day and look sad and in need of snuggles from me and daddy rupert. that is good because my daddy is a very important chinchilla and we love him a lot. but daddy rupert is also meepy and was very very tired and fnerred. daddy rupert gets fnerred a lot, friends, and it is Not Always Very Easy to un-fner him. :( :( :(

today daddy rupert did not nap in fluff. there was no fluff!!!! poor daddy rupert!!! i wanted to share my fluff with him but he didn't seem to notice i was offering him nice soft bits of clean fluff and i think i made him unhappy because he said, Nigel, Be Quiet, Please, and i didn't know what was wrong so i went to nibble on some paper for daddies and then daddy rupert still seemed to think napping Not in Fluff was good. :( i worry about my daddy rupert sometimes, since he doesn't think he needs fluff or pettings and me and daddy keep wanting to give him fluff and pettings and special daddy-kibbles.

there was carrot wrestling today, though!!!! me and daddy had a very fun time with one of my carrot toys and we poinged a little bit together, though mostly i was poinging and daddy was petting my fur and it was so nice!! :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :)

they have been home for a few days now friends, but i am still so excited to have my daddies back at our habitat!

they brought me nicest, softest bit of fluff from their Outings and Adventures. it's so warm and soft and i get to snuggle with my daddies in the new fluff!!!!!

those were Very Small Poings, friends. it is warm in our habitat tonight, even though daddies put on the nice Cool Air. i don't think my Daddy Rupert likes the Cool Air very much and i think it makes him meepy and then he needs to put on jumper!fluff and then my Daddy meeps too and gets very worried about our poor Daddy Rupert. *gives him tiny pets even though he is upstairs sleeping in the daddy!fluff* it is not Too Hot, but i do not think it is a good idea to poing too much. it is also Quite Late for Daddies, so they are taking naplets together and snuggling like good Daddy Chinchillas. my daddies do not take enough naplet! they are very weird chinchillas sometimes, friends.

my daddy is very droopy when he comes home from work. i think they are making him shred too many bits of paper and not giving him enough time to eat his kibbles and get drinks of water or take naplets. tomorrow i will tell daddy to stay home with me and i will show him the proper times to have kibbles and drinks and naplets and snuggling in bits of fluff.

my daddies are the best daddies!!! i have said this many times because it is Very True Indeed. they went to the shops where they sell the daddy treats and daddy kibbles and other things for my daddies, and they also went to the nigel shops, where there are more fun toys and treats and they brought me home a NEW CARROT TOY!!!!!!!!! i have not chewed the other Old Carrot Toy up yet, but i am taking the new one to my pet barn and i will nibble the edge a tiny bit and show daddies tomorrow. i ran around my daddies not a dust-bath today! it was fun!!! i poinged around and then i petted daddy's paw!!! and then i had my raisin treat and a naplet!

and now i am going to have some kibbles. i will not poing my kibble around the habitat, though, because my daddy gave me nice new fresh kibbles that are not Too Dry.

Daddies turned on the Cold Air!!!!

it was very hot in the habitat and i was feeing very floopy and Not Poingy, but then daddies came and petted me and daddy gave me new waters to drink and daddy rupert meeped a little bit and then they let me come and take naps on the sofa fluff and put on the cold air and then they didn't meep so much and i poinged at them and it was All Better.

i wish i could go to the store where they sell treats and fluff and paper (not to nibble on) for daddies so i could buy them presents. :(

today there are many presents for my daddies. it is special i love my daddies day here in our habitat, so there were presents and lots and lots of happy poinging!!!! for my daddy, my daddy rupert and me got daddy a neck tie to wear to his work and we got him a little cup to put his water in when he is not at home and is thirsty. *pets daddy* his little cup has a picture of me on it!!!! a picture of nigel for my daddy!!!!!!!!!!! *kisses daddy* my daddy is the most wonderful daddy because he loves me and he takes good care of me and my daddy rupert.

daddy rupert also got pressies!!!! my daddy and me made sure we picked out nice fluff for daddy rupert because he is very very special and we love him so much. *cuddles daddy rupert* we got him nice green fleece sort of fluff to snuggle in and wear when it is Very Cold and not good for nigels or daddies.

i got to poing in wrapping paper!!!!!!!! i had so much fun poinging, friends!!! daddies were fun and played with me and we're snuggling together on the sofa with sofa fluff and daddies are being so cute and snuggling each other!!!!!!

friends, it has been a Very Good Day in our habitat. i got a treat from my daddies and some clean fluff.

i am so happy my daddy got us a daddy rupert to love. my daddy was lonely before and i was just a little baby chinchilla kit but i was very very excited when i got another daddy and my daddy wasn't sad anymore and then there was more snuggling in out habitat and we got a new habitat and moved into daddy rupert's habitat and it was very very nice.
